Coupon Availability

The coupons are only available as Internet-based, print-at-home coupons. We cannot send them in the mail.

For technological reasons beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that your computer and/or printer is supported by our printing method. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that upon completing the registration form you will be able to print the coupons. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Limit one set of $2 coupons per household. Combe Incorporated reserves the right to terminate the coupon program and any/all offer(s) at any time.

Coupon Expiration Date

Please check the expiration date on your coupons. All of our Internet coupons expire 30 days from the day they are printed.

Coupon Acceptance

Print-at-home coupons are accepted at most grocery stores, drug stores, and mass merchandisers. Occasionally a chain and/or individual store won't accept these offers. If your coupon is not accepted, please try another store.

Coupon Printing Process

You will be able to print the coupons on your personal printer immediately after registering. You will not see the normal print dialog box before the coupons print. The coupons will not be displayed on-screen but rather will print directly to your default printer.

Coupon Print Manager

Coupon printing requires the installation of a small piece of software on your computer - either an ActiveX object or an Internet Plug-in. You do not have to provide any personal information to install or use the software beyond what is required on our registration page.

The software is not adware, spyware, or a virus and does not collect any personal information from you, your computer, or your browser. It is used solely for printing our Internet coupons. If you object to having to install this software on your computer, please consider forgoing registration on this site.

Coupon printing is supported on Windows Operating Systems 95, 98, NT4, 2000, ME, and XP when used with Internet Explorer 4+, Netscape (4.x and 7.x), FireFox, and most MSN and AOL browsers.

Coupon printing is also supported on Macintosh when using Netscape 4.x and 7.x under OS 8.6 - 9.2 and Safari under OS X 10.3 and higher.

Coupon printing is not supported by the Compuserve 2000 7.0 browser. While connected to Compuserve, use Internet Explorer or another browser to print your coupons.

Coupon printing is not supported on WebTV.

Coupon printing is not supported on all printers. You may not print to fax machines or fax modems or file-based print drivers (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) or other programs that create PDF or image files. Please check your printer settings to make sure your default printer is a regular printer. The coupon must be printed to paper. Some printer drivers (this will be displayed in the error message) have an option to print to a file that cannot be circumvented. For security reasons, these printers are not supported. If you have a multifunction printer (fax, copy, print), please make sure the printer function is the default printer on your computer.

Troubleshooting & Installation Guide

Please read the troubleshooting guide for help installing the coupon print manager and answers to common printing problems. If you install the coupon print manager through the link in the troubleshooting guide, you do not need to choose the option to install the CouponBar for Internet Explorer.
